No one ever told you that living was going to be easy, you just assumed it was and then you thought it difficult.
Breathing is the easy part, you don’t need to think about it but real living is more than that. It’s about feeling your heart beat and knowing you are alive, feeling the joy and existing in that moment when your heart expands and your body joins in the feeling of the energy of life, when your body is infused with all its natural responses to living.
Have you had that moment, the one when you stop and breath in slowly and then exhale slowly and feel totally in tune and mindful of the moment? And you are aware, not thinking, but savouring the moment when your awareness expands and something further sparks within you and suddenly you feel like a superbeing? Your mind not telling you it is right or wrong but just acknowledging that it is an amazing moment, and recognising the joy, exhilaration and connection to the energy of life running through you? That is the moment when your heart, mind and soul are in total synergy. That is living!
Every moment of your life you can access that energy. It will infuse you, heal you, give you insight, feed you and so much more. If you think, you are not in it. It is between the words in your head, between the actions, and in the silence of your automatic existence. It is just being. Living is not hard, it is as easy as you once thought it was, you just started thinking it was hard. You just had a thought after a not so good moment told yourself that living was hard… and became what you thought.
You know the saying; “Think, therefore you are”? Thinking is not awareness. It is the sub conscious protecting us, keeping us safe through programming the mind, our computer, to keep our body alive and survive at all costs. It does not rationalise and know true reality. All humans make living hard with all that thinking, the mind building limitations and boundaries to humans existence through the perception of negative thinking. As through thinking humans unconsciously put limits on their ability to live and so they stop living…and the thought of death and avoiding it is what becomes living in the mind. Death, the fear of not being, not existing, not living and is in truth becomes the fear of living, of not feeling alive.
Don’t live a living death. Death is not automatic, it is a moment that happens to end all moments of living, and is more of the body, not of life. Do not think.. and therefore fear. Consciously live beyond your minds limitations and allow true living to unfold.
So try this. Go on..try it. Put your hand on your heart. Notice the rhythm of your heart beat. Can you feel it? That’s your heart beating away..amazing isn’t it! It is doing it all on its own without any thought from you. So now take a deep breath in…and then slowly gently breath out. Do it again…and a few times more. Can you feel it? As you breath, feel for the breath and the joy of your existence within you…it’s there. Feel, in that moment, the moment of now, life presently infusing you with all the awareness and possibilities of living. Just allow yourself, go on! Do that every now again..remind yourself when you smile, laugh or see something amazing. Breath in that moment. Allow yourself to feel alive…and so truly live!
Breathe. Living is automatic and life follows.
